Prior to coming to The Martin Group, I spent eight years working my way through the ranks at Quinlan and Company, a Buffalo-based advertising agency. In my role as Vice President, Creative Director, I worked with our leadership team to develop a completely rebuilt brand. From identity, voice and tone to progressive recruitment and business development strategies and a reimagined employee handbook, we were able to take Quinlan from a traditionally focused agency to a boutique shop that perfectly married strategy, creative and culture.
